ResumePulse AI (airesumepulse.io) is an AI-powered resume parsing, keyword optimization, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis tool provided as digital software-as-a-service (SaaS). The service analyzes uploaded resumes against general best practices or a target job description and generates an ATS match score, keyword analysis, and suggested rewrites.

No guarantee of hiring outcomes

ResumePulse AI provides informational recommendations only. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, callbacks, or any hiring outcome. ATS scores and suggestions are automated estimates and should be reviewed by you before use. Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers and their systems.

Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@airesumepulse.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data belongs to you

Resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload belong exclusively to you. We process them only to deliver the service to you.

• Your resumes and data are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
• Your content is never used to train public foundational AI models.
• You may delete your resumes and account data at any time from the app.

Payment structure

• Scan credit top-ups: one-time purchase of $9 for 10 scan credits.
• Pro subscription: $19 per month, billed monthly.
• Lifetime access: one-time payment of $149.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. ResumePulse AI never stores your full card details. All prices are listed and charged in USD.

Recurring subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled by you. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Credit packs

Because scan credits and digital AI outputs are delivered immediately upon purchase, one-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded at our discretion upon request within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel your recurring Pro subscription at any time with one click from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle, with no further recurring charges. Partial-month refunds are not provided for unused time after the cycle has begun.

Technical issues & refund requests

If a system outage or technical error causes a scan to fail or credits to be deducted erroneously, credits are automatically restored to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to your original payment method.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
